Travel and Accommodation

There are various options for travel to Victoria. Please see the UVic travel directions page http://www.uvic.ca/maps/directions.html for further information.

Invited conference participants will be provided with accommodation in the Executive House Hotel http://www.executivehouse.com in downtown Victoria.

Transport to and from the campus is available by bus (routes 15, 14 and 4 are the most convenient), or by taxi (ask to dropped at UVic parking lot B). If you are travelling with your own car, parking is available in Lot 1 (shown on the map below, across the ring road from the Wright Centre).

The location of the symposium - the Wright Centre - and the location of the reception and conference dinner - the University Club - are highlighted in red on the UVic map shown below (click to enlarge). The Physics and Astronomy Department is housed in the Elliott Building next to the Wright Centre.
